Each year, The Family Café brings together individuals with varying types of disabilities and their families to participate in a 3- day event full of learning, training, and networking with others. Participants will have the option of attending the Exhibit Hall with vendors providing important information and materials to help families and individuals with disabilities.

The HDS Foundation members are preparing to attend this year’s 23rd Annual Family Café from June 11-13 in Orlando, FL. We are eager to be a part of the conference, as we will be presenting a recorded session on: “Preparing Families for Transition.” This session will provide details and resources that will help smooth the transition of your child from middle and high school to their post-secondary journey. You won’t want to miss this valuable information!
